NEWARK, NJ (Tuesday June 12, 2007) eLaw® reported this morning that a New RJI eAlert Service has now been added to its suite of law firm solutions. This service notifies attorneys when an RJI is filed in a case that lists the lawyer as representing one of the parties and the case is not being tracked by the lawyer on eLaw®. The New RJI eAlert Service is free for all members that are tracking their cases with eLaw’s revolutionary eWatch Calendar tracking program.
“With the fast-paced environment that most lawyers practice in every day, many court appearances get missed simply because the case was never added to eLaw’s eWatch calendar tracking program. Now with the advent of the New RJI eAlert Service, there will no longer be any holes in a firm’s calendar. There will be no defaults or missed preliminary conferences. We think of it as a safety net for all calendar clerks, ” noted Dominick Esposito, Executive Director of Business Development."
“eLaw® continues to be the answer to a variety of law firm challenges: from calendar case tracking, to court document filings and retrievals, to electronic document exchange and now new case alerts. When a law firm has a need in today’s competitive legal marketplace, eLaw? more than ever will have the best solution," remarked Ed Denne, Chief Operating Officer.
