Effective Monday, April 11, 2011, we are transferring your login directly to the folks that own and manage CaseMaker - Lawriter Inc. From April 11 onward, please log in at www.lawriter.net You can log in using the email address we have on file for your account (and to which we are sending this notice). The password you use to log on will become your password for Cases & Statutes in the future.

They will work with you on subsequent renewals to your subscription. Respecting your privacy, we will NOT transfer to them any credit card information.

Several exciting enhancements will soon follow including enhanced search capability and CASEcheck, a feature that allows users to instantly determine the treatment of the case in question by a later court. These are both excellent features that we believe will enrich your experience.

This shift from eLaw.com to lawriter.net only impacts access to Cases & Statutes and its billing process. Your eLaw account for all of our other products and services remains intact.
