NEWARK, NJ (Wednesday, March 20, 2002) ¾ So what's NEW? How about a new price on Per Month [pay-as-you-go] e-Watch Alert services of just $3.00 per case/per month - the market leader. With over 19,000 members, e-Law has the processing power and market reach to bring you the best price performance and highest quality available for tracking your Supreme Court cases. And look - there's more - here are some highlights:

Select the types of e-Watch alerts you want. Now you can select only those types of court events you wish to receive by e-mail. Several members stated a preference for the type of e-mails they wished to receive - we've heard you and have categorized the Alert e-mails to meet your individual needs. Of course we’ll also continue to fully populate your archive of events and your calendar.

Locate a case on e-Watch faster than ever using the alphabetical locator. Editing your e-Watch to modify a client matter or an attorney of record is a snap. Finding a specific case of interest among your hundreds of entries in the past could be very frustrating - now it is easy. Just select your case of interest from the alphabetical listing and the details you need are immediately displayed.

Now see your invoices on-line — Now you can view your detailed invoice history anytime right on e-Law. Just select “My e-law” and then “Invoice History.” Wondering what e-Copies were ordered in April? Here are the details just a click away.

What do those case comments mean? The court clerks in various parts use their own individual styles in abbreviations and comments. Several of our members have had difficulty in deciphering these comments - frankly so have we. This Glossary is our humble attempt to explain the most commonly used phrases, abbreviations, codes and numbers. We would greatly appreciate your input for further clarification - we'll enrich this repository on an ongoing basis. Please feel encouraged to send your thoughts and clarifications to feedback@elaw.com.

And there is much more on the drawing board – please keep your suggestions flowing to feedback@elaw.com. Every enhancement we make is based upon our member's input, comments, suggestions and requests. One of the big benefits of being a member of e-Law - we listen to you and respond. And now we are presenting Enron Bankruptcy documents at no cost too! E-Law - here when you need us.
